1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. LICENSE
Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web templates and other products sold through our web site by Free-Source (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”) issued by our company.
3. LIMITED USAGE GRANTED
You may use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design.
4. IMAGERY AND FONTS
All imagery, icons and fonts used in our templates are royalty-free and are the integral part of our products. Limited-usage License gives you the right to use images, icons and fonts only as a part of the website you build using your template. You can use imagery, icons and fonts to develop one project only. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is prohibited.
5. MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not however redistribute or release and modifications as GPL or otherwise. You may however remove the copyright from the footer of Free-Source templates if needed. Please read the FAQ section regarding this if you have further questions. Porting to other platforms and content management systems and redistributing as GPL or otherwise is also strictly prohibited. Please contact us us if you have any requirements that are not covered by these terms.
6.INSTALLATIONS
We do not install any of our products which require this (e107 CMS themes etc.). Installation is a paid service which is not included in the package price..
7. UNAUTHORIZEDUSE
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Free-Source. Please contact us if you require more clarification.
8. ASSIGNABILITY
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license or Free-Source membership to anyone else without prior written consent from Free-Source.
9.OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Free-Source. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
10. INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
You may not disclose any order information which includes but is not limited to Order ID, download link, etc.
11. UPDATES
All templates are always designed for the latest version of e107 CMS, but we can give no guarantee, that the templates will run with future versions of these CMS’s. Members may use the forums to address any issues related to software versions.
12. DELIVERY
After we have succesfully received your payment via PayPal you will receive a confirmation email wit. After payment is made you will see download link on the last screen of the purchase process. You can also download your products at a later time at "My Account" page. You can view your order history by going to the "My Account" page and by clicking on "View All Orders" link. The .zip file(s) contain the following: PSD file(s), Theme file(s), fonts and "How to" .PDF files if needed.
You will need unzipping software to open the .zip archive. Windows users may visit www.HotScripts.com or www.WinZip.com. Mac users may visit www.StuffIt.com.
13. OUR REFUND POLICY
Since Free-Source.net is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read 'Details' section of each product. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date. The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. This is a required condition.
14. WARRANTY
Free-Source does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components as there is currently no certification process for such components. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server(http://demo.free-source.net). Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that Free-Source templates will work with all browser combinations.
15. SUPPORT
Free-Source offers these templates and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and modules. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of CMS etc. Member's forum is available to Free-Source.net members. Free-Source does not commit to monitor these forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions.
Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior notice.
