Hello,
I try Inculcate desertCS theme on my web page. But I've problem with RWar plugin...
Please look on this:
http://notforall.org/e107/e107_plugins/rwar_menu/ - here is OK yet...
but if you click on icon with scope (details), you see blank page :(

If I use another themes, everything is OK
Any ideas?

It not seems to be theme issue at all. However give me a link where I can download this plugin and I'll see what I can do for you.

I can't reproduce the problem. The plugin itself has several problems when installed under PHP5/mysql5
Change your site theme to some core theme (e.g. Jayya) and give me a link - I'm sure it'll not working as well.

Ok, here is what i got on my local e107 installation (click to enlage)
I've made several fixes to the plugin to get it work at all (sql errors). So I can't help you until I reproduce the problem you have.

Secret, not to change the subject but how do you have the rwar look at the year 2008? mine stops at 2007 and i cant find a new version to DL. i am running 1.4 ver.

I'm not running this plugin at all. I've installed it local only to test it against desertCS. I'm not a fan of this plugin.

Try to look at Luceos' site (find him on e107designs.org)
