fs_08 link bar problem

I have a problem with top menu bar.
The correct behaviour must be:
menu item
- sublink1 :
  • sl1link1

  • sl1link2

  • sl1link3

- sublink2:
  • sl2link1

  • sl2link2

  • sl2link3

- sublink3:
  • sl3link1

  • sl3link2

  • sl3link3


The wrong behaviour is:
Menu item

You can fix this? (I wan to use this them on my site - http://grajdaru.3x.ro )
I have latest version of e107 and I've noticed this behaviour on live test ( http://grajdaru.3x.ro )
