Hello i can't even get this installed right. Once i finally got it installed once i click on the link in the main menu. all i get is a blank page. Any thoughts?

So do you mean front-end link or admin area. You have to go first and configure the gallery.
Install works fine for me.

When I installed the gallery the everything went fine, or so I thought. The admin section comes up like it should and looks like I can configure it to meet the needs of the site, but nothing is saving to the database. I just get errors. Then when I to to the member side of the site I was getting an error in the lang folder on English line 1. So I decided to check out the database. The install never made the database tables like it should have, so nothing can be saved.

uninstall/delete RC1, Download RC2 and make clear install

Ok everything is installed now with the latest version. The main thing now is the ability to upload images. Where and how do images get uploaded. I tried through the admin section, but the test image isn't being uploaded.

Give me more detailed information. Did you checkmod 0777 pics and cache directory? What message do you get? e107 Filestypes set correctly? Where did you try to upload - user or admin area? And so on.

I chmoded all the files. I didn't get any errors when I was trying to upload. When I was trying to upload through the admin section nothing was happening at all. No images where displaying in the album, and there where no images in the folder on the server for that album eigther.

Look at the new release - RC2 and read the notes (download view).
There was major bug in RC1.
