My members cannot upload new images which settings should i set to allow this.

Please help,
started banging my head against wall. just dont get it!!!! all settings seem ok, but when testing its saying missing fields.
but there isnt
Someone must know something please

ok. i have the gallery plug in, have set it so members can upload.
ok so when you enter title for pic is ok then name and add file. try to upload and an error come on the screen saying missing fields, but all fields are full that need to be, the only other fields that havent got anything in are URL, but they shouldnt need to have.
i have checked all the settings and all seems in order.

First create an album, than you just need to upload your images - can't reproduce the problem you have, everything works fine for me.

Ok have created test to check gallery and i get this message.
I have again checked admin settings and cannot see what is causing it, maybe i am missing something
some advice please

The file did not upload. Filename: 'clean_088.jpg'
Error: The uploaded file exceeds allowable limits

I have allowed large quota as default is set to 0 which is anything goes
|

remove all restrictions and try again, than start add limits and see what happens.
