I have shadowbox installed using CL Widgets, seemed to install ok, but nothing happens when I click on the "Uninstall" button. Anyone know how to correct this problem?

you have to be more specific about this. first time i see this "bug" and we use it in ... some years :)

Sorry, don't know what else to say,I click on the "Uninstall" button and absolutly nothing happens, no error messages, nothing ?

don't know what to say. check your php version. if you want to remove it - just delete widget files. or tray to uninstall CL Widgets, this will remove Shadowbox as well.

OK was just curious as to why this didnt work thanks. Also note another problem now it seems that whenever you click to upload files, it just hangs displaying the revolving wait image forever. Now this worked when I originally installed sgallery yesterday, doesn't work today. Have removed and reinstalled sgallery but still cant upload. This problem seems to coincide with the installation of shadowbox. I'll remove manually and see what happens.

Well that's seems to have confirmed it. I have just removed cl widgets and shadowbox with it and all sgallery functionality is now working again, so for whatever reason when I install cl_widgets and/or shadowbox, sgallery file uploads and click on thumnail image to view original image does not work. Has this problem happened before?

check your "sgallery/pics" folder permissions. also you have Server check option in gallery - run it! or give us more information about your server.
short answer is - it works.
