Hey there Smex,
when could we discuss in more details the plugin you need as i have some questions?
(i'll be the guy coding eventually :))
It will be good if any kind of messenger is used (preferred skype or the good old irc).

I have google talk aussiepunks@gmail.com
I usually use that mainly - I sent an email to veskoto as there wasnt a way to upload my excel plan lol.
But basically its a
Control Panel Menu
Person who is registered can use it where they need to create a team account(account name)
Once that is done then they can add servers to that team account
gametype (Battlefield 3, Call of Duty 4 etc)
ServerName
ServerIP
ServerPort
StreamType
The admin side of things
I add game titles
I approve/deny the team account (if userid has teamid and is approved, the user gets userclass of SSA)
I approve/deny servers
I can set an approval/welcome message that is pm'd and emailed to the user and also set a denied message that can be pm'd and emailed.
It will be an ongoing thing as well as we are implementing jsons/api but the forms for now are the big one
