if active Enable Ajax Used in fbox menu gives me this error?!?

how to fix this?!?!

I'm sorry, the problem related to graphic theme is in use, Over All
Version 1.2. if it is active for the same, enabling Ajax Used in fbox menu pops up the error, while with another graphic theme fs_15 Version 1.1 works properly.

I apologize but it certainly is a problem of graphic theme.

even with the graphic theme e107 core version 1.0 is the same problem.
