Hey I figured something out... Sorry, but I upgraded to .8 a while back. I did this not realizing right off it was a HIGHLY in development version. Not wanting to attempt downgrading I have been struggling with updating .8 CVS as new files come out.
Anyways....
I figured out a problem. Shortcode....
All .sc (for now) must be copied to the /files/shortcode directory if the user is running .8
It will not run things like the WMESSAGE and MENU plugins unless it is in this directory. No more chnages need to be made.
Perhaps this will change in the future, but for now...........
I'm not experimenting with 0.8 for now but in any case the .sc files from all plugin (root) folders and theme folders (registered with $register_sc[]) should work. Unless core developers want to break all plugins and themes - not possible.
