Some trouble with CL 2.04 BETA

still beating my head against the wall on this one.

Here is what I have set.
Public uploads is set to ON, Flatfile, no size limit, Members

uploads allowed are (example):
jpg,png,gif

note I have also tried...

wizard permissions   album comments   png   beating my head   uploads
