Free-Source.net has migrated their hosting services to a new server some time ago and the support system went bad after this migration.
Maybe many of you have noticed the lack of decent support, but now we have solved this issue.

As of today (5th October) we have switched our support system and now it is "locked and loaded" waiting for you :)

You can access the ticket system via the "Help and Support Center" button on the bottom of FSNet's home page.
