v.1.2 ChangeLog:
1. effects.js Upgraded to version 1.6.4
2. prototype.js upgraded to version 1.5.0_rc1
3. added tooltip.js, window.js, window_ext.js - at this time only window.js is used for nice BBcode GUI
4. added lightbox/src/css/themes folder - nine window skins from http://prototype-window.xilinus.com/
5. ajax_bb.php - ajax window content
6. e_meta.php - added functions interacting with window add-on
7. lightbox z-index set to 8980-9000 (always on top)
8. added Hungarian translation (v1.0 - thanks lac - e107 Hungarian Community)
